Ganache, you say?  In this podcast we meet charming Alison from Le French Fix, a new French patisserie/cafe across the street from St Paul’s Church in downtown Halifax.  We try some knee-meltingly delicious artisan pastries with film maker and Carbon Arc Cinema founder Siloen Daley, learn about upcoming Telefilm Canada series at their new location in the Museum of Natural History, and also get the goods on some real-deal colourful macarons and the coolest three-seater resto in downtown Dartmouth!

Our guests are the local artists Joel Sullivan and Shelagh Duffett whose work is part of the current QUATTRO exhibit.  Shelagh tells us what she likes to add to her ginger wine and she and Lia talk about innovative local shops Ikebana and Rusty Hinges.
