DELICIOUS GREEK LAMB at ESTIA

In this podcast we taste Estia Restaurant’s famous Kleftico or “bandit’s lamb” – a truly succulent dish – with our special guest Rebecca, a designer with Duly Noted Stationary in downtown Halifax.  Co-owner Maria tells us about her favourite Greek comfort food and the very special oil and dipping sauce Estia is so famous for, and Rebecca reminds us a fave summer treat at Fox Hill Cheese House in the Halifax Seaport Farmers’ Market.  And then we eat more lamb – !  Delish!
